To create a forward-thinking, quirky and humorous campaign for global banking company Capital One, to engage employees in an internal promotion exercise. This included designing posters that would be placed in staff areas and creating a strong brand identity.
We developed a concept using kids as ‘hero’ personas, showcasing their future aspirations. Using the tagline ‘it’s what all little ones want to be when they grow up’, large posters were placed in key staff areas on company premises, promoting the idea that their is a significant link between hard work and career progression.
Capital One staff were encouraged to better themselves in pursuit of both internal promotion and greater career satisfaction. Our campaign lead to an increased uptake in both staff interaction and participation as employees were inspired by the branding we created.
